Born in 1980 to a small family of five, Amr Youssef always knew that he wanted to be an actor.
He always had a passion for the arts and knew he wanted to pursue that passion. However, when the time came for him to pick a major for college, he chose a more traditional route and studied International Law, thinking that that was his true calling.
