Bashir Gwandu: The Chairman of Commonwealth ITU Group (CIG), was the Executive Commissioner (Technical Services) of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), was also the Chairman of Radiocommunications Advisory Group of the ITU (the RAG), and the Vice Chairman of ITU-R Joint Task Group (JTG).
