Our main job as the MCA Leadership team is to work together towards the development and execution of the MCA Strategic Plan, a multi-year project that is building new museum infrastructures through the lens of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (I.D.E.A.) and operational stability.
Through the Strategic Plan, we aim to match programming and resources with the priorities of our staff, artists, and public by establishing channels for dialogue and facilitating ongoing conversations on the urgent issues of our time.
